It consists of a working group of German auditing partners, accountants, lawyers and scribes and partners of the AHK Argentina that meet to discuss current issues in the legal field.

This group also works in order to achieve an international network of contacts. That is why every year they hold a regional symposium with German-speaking professionals from all over Latin America and Spanish speakers from Germany.

Among the tasks carried out by the Committee we can highlight:

• Collaboration in the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal.
• Publication “Investitionshandbuch Argentinien”.
• Realization of five Symposium German Desk in Latin America made in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Colombia with participants from more than 11 countries.
