The user undertakes to use the Website lawfully, without affecting the rights of third parties or interfering with the operation or security of the Website.

1.4. Intellectual property

The contents of the Website (texts, trademarks, logos, images, design, code and documentation) are the property of the Responsible Parties or are used by them with due authorization. Unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

The Responsible Parties make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and updated, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or the total absence of errors. Use of the Website is at the user’s own risk.

1.7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless a mandatory legal provision establishes otherwise.

 

2) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

2.1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Website and the contact form.

2.2. Institutional nature

The Website is intended for informational and corporate purposes. It does not constitute an e-commerce platform, nor does it imply online contracting, unless expressly indicated otherwise in the future.

2.3. Contact form

The Website allows users to send inquiries through a form requesting name, e-mail address and the inquiry. The user declares that the information provided is truthful and that the user is entitled to provide it. The Responsible Parties may choose not to respond to incomplete, offensive, spam or communications unrelated to the institutional purpose of the Website. 

2.4. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited: (i) attempting to breach the security of the Website; (ii) introducing malware or carrying out actions that degrade its availability; (iii) collecting data from the Website through automated techniques without express authorization.

2.5. Amendments

The Responsible Parties may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in force shall be the one published on the Website.

 

3) PRIVACY POLICY (PERSONAL DATA)

3.1. Regulatory framework

The Responsible Parties process personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its supplementary and amending regulations.

3.2. Data controller

3.3. Data collected

Through the contact form, the following may be collected: (i) first and last name; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) the content of the inquiry and any personal data voluntarily included by the user.

3.4. Purposes

The data are processed in order to: (1) manage and respond to the inquiry; (2) maintain an internal record of communications for follow-up purposes; (3) comply, where applicable, with legal obligations or requests from a competent authority.

3.5. Consent and information to the data owner

Submitting the form implies free, voluntary, express and informed consent to process the data for the purposes indicated. The data owner shall be clearly informed of the purpose, the identity and address of the controller, whether the requested data are mandatory or optional, the consequences of providing or not providing the data, and the means to exercise rights.

3.6. Recipients / third parties

The Responsible Parties apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing, and maintain a duty of confidentiality.

3.8. Retention periods

The data shall be retained for the time necessary to respond to the inquiry and for an additional reasonable or legally required period. Thereafter, the data shall be deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.

3.9. Rights of the data subject (Access, Rectification, Updating, Erasure)

The data subject may request, at any time, access to personal data and request their rectification, updating or erasure, where applicable. To exercise these rights, the data subject must send a request to the privacy e-mail address, proving identity and detailing the request.
